These Billing Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the payment obligations and processes between Sultan Global Enterprises LLC, doing business as Golden Wheels Mobility ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the customer ("Customer", "you", or "your"). By accessing or using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Late Payments

Late Fee: If payment is not received by the due date, a late payment interest of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, will be charged on the outstanding balance.

Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received within 3 days after the due date.

Reinstatement: Services will be reinstated upon full payment of outstanding amounts, including any late fees.
5. Disputed Charges

Notification Period: If you dispute any charges on your invoice, you must notify us in writing within 3 business days of the invoice date.

6. Refunds and Credits

Processing Time: Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving your returned product.

These Billing Terms and Conditions, along with our Terms of Service, https://goldenwheelsmobility.com/pages/terms-of-service-1 and our Privacy Policy, https://goldenwheelsmobility.com/pages/privacy-policy , constitute the entire agreement between you and Sultan Global Enterprises LLC, doing business as Golden Wheels Mobility, regarding billing matters and supersede all prior agreements.
