Refund and Return Policy

At Golden Wheels Mobility, we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. In most cases, we follow the return guidelines of our suppliers/manufactures. Please read through our entire policy before placing an order. 

Returns and Refunds: 

If you find yourself dissatisfied with a product you've purchased, you have the option to initiate a return within 30 days (exclusions apply, check individual product page for details) from the date of delivery.

IMPORTANT: Review each item's INDIVIDUAL "Description" section to ensure it is not marked as a "Final Sale" item. 

To comply with our return policy, it's essential that the product is returned in new condition, complete with its original packaging, all accompanying paperwork, parts, and accessories. Products with visible use and or wear/tear DO NOT qualify for returns. 

If you need to return an item due to damage or defect upon delivery, contact us via phone or email immediately. 

Before sending back your item, please ensure you obtain a return authorization from Golden Wheels Mobility. Returns sent without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted and the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Restocking Fee:  Shipping, handling, and restocking fees are applicable to all returns initiated by the customer and are payable by the customer. A 25% restocking applies to all returns. 

Certain items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned due to health and safety considerations or manufacturer policies. 

Return Shipping: The customer holds responsibility for all shipping charges and packaging expenses associated with returning the product to our warehouse. Please note that White Glove and any additional labor service fees are non-refundable. The customer is accountable for all aspects of product packaging, as well as any required packaging materials. We recommend shipping with a trusted shipping company that offers tracking (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc.). 

Product Accuracy: We strive diligently to maintain the accuracy of product images, content, and specifications on our platform. However, it's important to note that vendors frequently introduce alterations to their products, which may or may not be immediately reflected on our website. Rest assured, we are dedicated to delivering the most current product directly to you.

Please be aware that GWM does not accept returns for minor discrepancies in specifications or features that deviate from the visuals or content displayed on the website.

Cancellations: 

Cancellations (Before Order Ships): 

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse. Reach us during business hours at 888-851-2726, or after hours via email at help@goldenwheelsmobility.com 

Cancellations of Custom Orders: 

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order. These units are custom-made to your specification or created once you order. Once you place your order they start building your unit. Your warranty will guarantee you a fully functional and operational product. If it is not clear whether your order is custom or made to order, please email or call us BEFORE placing your order.

All sales are final for custom made and made-to-order products.

Cancellation Notes: 

  • If you cancel your order before shipping, post-payment processing, a cancellation fee of 5% will be applicable.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please refer to these Refund and Return Policies. The cancellation will be treated as a return, and standard fees will apply.
  • Orders refused upon delivery will incur all relevant fees, including restocking, cancellation, and other associated charges.

Warranty: 

Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported immediately, that is not a warranty claim.

Step-By-Step Return Process: 

Return Procedure:

  1. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form: To initiate the return process, please contact us via phone at 888-851-2726 or email us at help@goldenwheelsmobility.com to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. 

  2. Product Return: Once you've sent the completed form back to us and received RMA confirmation, you may proceed to ship the product back to us. It's important to note that you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including shipping insurance. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent any damages during transit.

Refund Process:

  1. Manufacturer Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will perform a comprehensive examination to identify any damages, scratches, dents, chips, or general wear and tear that may have occurred while the product was in your possession.

  2. Deduction for Damages: Any refund issued will have the cost of damages deducted from the total refund amount. If the damages are more than initially stated, it will nullify the refund. 

  3. Shipping and Handling: Please be informed that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  4. Free Shipping Deduction: If your original purchase included free shipping, the associated shipping cost (which varies based on the delivery method and product weight) will be subtracted from your refund. 

  5. Refund Issued: We strive to move as quickly as possible, please allow UP TO 30 days for your refund to be processed.

  • The customer bears responsibility for all return shipping expenses.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of order shipment receipt.
  • Any damages occurring while the product was in your possession will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.
  • A 25% restocking fee is applicable to all returns.

Additional Statements:

  • Replacement parts and accessories cannot be returned.
  • The product being returned must be shipped in its original packaging, including all protective packaging (foam lining, plastic, cardboard, bubblewrap etc.) as it was received after purchase.
  • Completion of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and obtaining proper approval is mandatory for us to process your refund.
  • Returns sent to our warehouse will not be accepted without prior RMA approval. Lack of prior RMA approval will result in the denial of a refund.
