Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card or payment method for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 0-2 business days. Shipping times vary from 2-5 business days or may be otherwise specified. Special order items will indicate their expected delivery time on the product page.
Order Shipment:
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at help@goldenwheelsmobility.com
We work with a variety of couriers to get your products delivered to you fast and free. We currently work with all major couriers in the USA, including but not limited to: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS.
No Shipping outside the USA.
Shipping Options
Our standard, "Curb-side" shipping is completely free! This option usually takes between 2-5 days to arrive at your doorstep, after your order has been processed. Curb-side delivery is our standard option and means that you are responsible for bringing the item into your residence.
